2nd Rule: Once an idea has been accepted by the subconscious mind, it remains until it is replaced by another idea.
As the subconscious mind serves as the memory bank of an individual, all experience stored are permanent until they are destroyed by a physical damage of the brain cell. Hence the storage can only have new meaning unless a individual have learn another meaning of it.
The companion rule to this is THE LONGER AN IDEA REMAINS, THE MORE OPPOSITION THERE IS TO REPLACING IT WITH A NEW IDEA. Once an idea has been accepted, it tends to become a fixed way of working. This is how habits are formed. First there is the thought and then the action. For example, some people believe that at critical times they must have a drink of whisky to steady their nerves so they can perform effectively. This is not actually true, but the idea is there and it is a fixed habit of thought. As long as the idea became a belief or a habit, the subconscious will always oppose to replacing it with another idea. However, no matter how fixed the ideas may be or how long they have remained, they can be changed with self-hypnosis which is a natural process of communicating with our subconscious.
Hi everybody, my name is Oliver, after such long lag behind, I’ve decided to put in more effort to bring up the site and do what I intended for this side: to talk about our mind and what we can do with it.
1st thing 1st, everybody have a mind of his own, no two mind are the same, not even for a pair of identical twin.
What make you different from other is the experience that you accumulated since birth, no two brains developed exactly the same way. hence no two mind are the same. A second earlier or later in changing direction for a rocket targeting at the moon might cause it to miss the moon. so every incident experienced by individual does make a difference, at least to that individual.
Starting from this post, I’ll be talking about the few rules that the mind followed.
1st rule: Every thought or idea in you mind causes a physical reaction.
Your body is controlled by your mind and your mind does not know what is make up ( imagined) or really experienced, hence if you start to think your head hurt, the body will prepare itself to respond to the thought. if you are thinking of something scary, your heart will beat faster and you palm will start to sweat.
ie. Worry triggers changes in the stomach that in time can lead to ulcers. ANGER thoughts stimulate your adrenal glands and increased adrenaline in the blood stream causes the body to get into the fighting state. ANXIETY and FEAR thoughts raise your pulse rate. Ideas that have a strong emotional content almost always reach the subconscious mind, if this happen enough time, a program in the subconscious will be finalized, something we called habit will be formed.
